Important Information Before Returning:

Check Your Package Upon Arrival:

  • Please inspect all items and accessories within 72 hours of receiving your Tinewa package.
  • If any items are missing or damaged, contact us immediately, and we will arrange a refund or resend the item based on your needs.

Delivery Shows "Success" but No Parcel:

  • If the delivery status shows as "delivered," but you have not received your parcel, please contact us within 72 hours. We will arrange a reshipment for you.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange a Tinewa item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. The items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.

Returns:

  • If you need to return a Tinewa item, please contact us within 3 months. The items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • For non-quality issues, return postage will be the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Return Process:
    • Please follow the return instructions provided by our team. Once we receive the returned package and confirm its condition, we will process your refund immediately.
